We collect only what we need to plan and run your trip: your name, contact details, travel dates and any preferences or medical information you choose to share. We use it to prepare your itinerary, book hotels and vehicles, and apply for the permits your route requires.
Who we share it with
Hotels, camps, drivers, guides and the government offices that issue Inner Line Permits — nobody else. We do not sell data and we do not pass it to advertising networks.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for two years. Booking records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. You can ask us to delete anything we are not legally obliged to hold by writing to our office.
