Booking and payment
A 25% advance confirms your dates. The balance is due 15 days before arrival. Prices are per person on twin-sharing basis and exclude flights unless stated in the inclusions.
Cancellation
Full refund of the advance up to 30 days before departure. 50% between 30 and 15 days. No refund inside 15 days, though we will always try to move your dates instead. Refunds are processed within 10 working days.
Roads, weather and force majeure
Himalayan passes close without notice. If a route becomes impassable we reroute at no extra design cost and refund any unused services, but we cannot refund costs already committed to hotels or permits.
Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended on every trip and mandatory on our trekking, winter and Umling La itineraries. It must include high-altitude cover and emergency evacuation.
